WooHoo! Spring has sprung and the tractors spring into action. March 24, 2004 marks the date we officially began the rebuilding process. Now, I know these pictures may look like just a lot of dirt to you, but this is PROGRESS!!!

Rhett, driving the tractor, is a resident of Crest and has offered his services, at a very low rate, to his neighbors. Pretty cool, huh? That's Jason walking away and Ron, my contractor, talking to Rhett.

The first scoop

They dig down to hard dirt, then fill up the hole and pack it down.

They'll need to bring more dirt in. Who would have thought that dirt would be a hot commodity!
